SERVICE REVIEW

Working closely with you, the initial phase involves a full analysis of the current situation surrounding your service delivery, this includes identifying the strengths and challenges of the service, areas for change, improvement, and innovation. From here we then work with you to consider the options and corresponding action plans for delivering your services. We will design and provide you with a package of fit for purpose tools that are highly practical, easily accessible and intended to help you:
  • structure your work and get started
  • define success, make sure you have considered all of the things you will need to do to be successful

ADVISORY ROLE

We offer a bespoke service to our clients to provide support over a fixed period of time. WELV Consulting will act as a trusted member of the senior leadership team to provide advice and direction. Through the relationship we establish, we are able to appropriately challenge and provoke new and different ways of thinking.

The aim of the advisory role is to provide members of the senior leadership team with access to advice and support, peer review and quality assurance activities This supports the strategic and operational development of the service, whilst enabling confidence that the service is compliant with legislative and policy requirements including regulatory and inspection requirements.

Provides access to our existing pre-recorded training courses, which allows you to choose the best fit for your organisation. Your team will be provided with access to the courses and can complete their learning at their own pace.

PACKAGE 2

A tailored membership package that provides ongoing support to the organisation; we review your needs to put together the right level of support. Services that can be included in this package are as follows:
  • A pre-defined number of days of consultancy and advisory support
  • Tools and resources to support day-to-day practice; for example, regular practice briefings and/or self-assessment tools
  • An agreed number of training sessions
  • Coaching and mentoring
